Initial Evaluation: $100 includes initial treatment

ARPwave Rehabilitation Session: $125 includes K-laser, Microstim, Trigger Point Dry Needling as time allows.

Rehab/Treatment Session without ARPwave: $80 includes K-laser, Microstim, Trigger Point Dry Needling, ETPS

30 minutes ARPwave Strengthening: $80 does not include other therapies. Can only be scheduled after the 10 sessions of ARPwave Rehabilitation are completed.

Individual Services:

      Trigger Point Dry Needling: $65

      Laser: $40.00

      Frequency Specific Microcurrent: $65

      Functional Movement Screen: $50

We now bill for out of network insurance for 1 hour Rehabilitation Appointments. You will have to pay us up front, the insurance rate of $150.00 per session. We bill and then have the insurance check sent to you. We do not verify insurance benefits so it is up to you to make sure that this is a cost effective option. Most of the time with high deductible insurance or high copays it is a better option to pay our cash rate.
